As an ex-E23 745i owner, who paid the same for his E23, I could say this is a smoking deal. This car looks real nice, apart from the exterior color. The buffalo leather looks to have retained its color very well. The engine looks clean. All little bits and piece are still on the car. Has a very nice set of wheels, maybe REMOTEC. Those alone could pay for the car, if true (I could be mistaken, won't be the first time).
The turbo could be found and replaced easily.
